The FL Method of penis measurement determines the length of the flaccid penis. In this measuring technique the penis is measured hanging in its natural position without pressing against the pubic bone. The result of this free-hanging variant of penis measurement is not very representative, as the flaccid length fluctuates during the course of the day, making it impossible to measure it accurately. Possible causes are, for example, changes in temperature, the influence of stress, tiredness, etc.
